Calendar
Favorite social event
of the year: The New Yorkers
for Children benefit. It's a great cause with great entertainment, and the
kids make me cry every time.
Best NY party ever
attended (and why): Guggenheim
Young Collector's Ball 2005, sponsored by
Dior…because I helped produce the event and got to be in the Guggenheim
overnight! Seeing dawn break over Central Park from within the Lloyd Wright
building I adore was magical.
What sets Manhattan
nightlife apart: There's no city like New York—the skyline, the
energy, the people and the endless options for dining, drinking and
entertainment. It's still one of the few places where you decide at the last
minute to do something fabulous and just go! Jazz, opera, nightclubs,
theatre—unlike London, for example, it's really 24/7.
